When you send us an enquiry through the form, we process the details you provide. These are your name, your contact details, your wedding date and venue, the approximate number of guests, the collection you are interested in, your preferred call-back time and language, and your message. Optional details may also be included, such as your ideas for the décor or inspiration links. We use this data to answer your enquiry, arrange a phone call and prepare an individual quote.

If you call or write to us, we process your details to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in responding to you under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use technically necessary cookies so that the website works (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Section 25(2) TDDDG). We only store data about website usage and campaigns after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can send an enquiry without giving consent.
6. Meta Pixel and Conversions API
If you click “Accept” in the cookie notice, we use the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrie Hall, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Meta”). This lets us measure how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform and show ads to people who have visited our website.
Information about your visit is sent to Meta, for example the pages you view, the time, technical details about your browser and device, your IP address and cookie identifiers. If your browser is logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may link the visit to your account. The Conversions API also sends such events directly from our server to Meta.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Without your consent, no data is sent to Meta. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
We and Meta are joint controllers under Art. 26 GDPR for collecting the data and sending it to Meta. The agreement is available at facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. Meta alone is responsible for any further processing. You can find more in Meta’s privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
